Our prices vary From Month & Day. Sunday and Friday are cheaper than a Saturday wedding. Weekdays hourly rental is available and weekend prices start from $5,900 - $7,700. To know more E-mail us an inquiry and we will offer you more accurate pricing.

To book you pay 50% down payment of your total quote + Washington tax is due, in order to reserve your date. Also, you pay $1000 refundable security rental fee which will be refunded back within 30 days after your wedding (If no damage & followed our checklist)
After that, balance 50% is due two months before your event.
All payments made are non-transferable and non-refundable, if you cancel your event. If you cancel within 45 days of your event date, the full amount of all estimated charges will still be due to CAPE HORN ESTATE.
Of course – We are flexible, and you can choose your licensed vendors as well. We do charge an additional cleaning fee of $500 if you bring your caterer. Tell us your ideas during the planning process, so we can be sure nothing goes against our restrictions.
Absolutely! It’s your wedding, so it should be exactly how you want it. During your tour, we’ll let you choose which services you want to add or remove to any all-inclusive package. Just keep in mind that every change you make will impact the overall price. You can even make changes throughout the planning process.
Yes, must have a licensed bartender and purchase hosting liquor liability and your all set! NO corkage fees! You can bring in your own alcohol and your own bartender team. We do have Alcohol packages available please contact us for that information..
We’re happy to schedule a time for you to tour any of our beautiful venue! Tours are offered usually once a week and only take about an hour. You’ll get a full tour of the property, all your questions answered, and a total quote that custom to your vision! We wished we could allow Pets in the wedding but unfortunately Our venue is not a pet-friendly venue.
Absolutely! Apart from the hours included in your rental price, extra time can be purchased. $250 an hour for outside vendors (florist, caterer, decorator etc.) or for festivities.
We accommodate indoor up to 150 guests and outdoor we can fit up to 350 guests.
We can accommodate 45 vehicles inside the gate and another 100 vehicles in our park (CAPE HORN ESTATE VENUE PARK) down below which the entrance is from highway 14 right before the Skamania general store. Handicap parking available in front of the grange.
Yes, we do offer a 3% discount on the venue rental fee only with active military ID.
Yes, Cape Horn Estate is equipped Wi-fi venue.
We do offer complimentary one-hour rehearsal space at the venue. Rehearsal can be scheduled either Thursday after 4 pm or Friday upon availability!
Yes, you are allowed to have sparklers as long as it is on the gravel, in the parking lot. Bride and groom to provide water buckets to lit them off in the end.
Yes, you can bring your backdrop for Photobooth and it would be better to have a near plug point to avoid many cables.
We will do the setup in the morning as per the layout you draw and give it to us. We will do the setup for the ceremony area and reception table setup. We will provide you a checklist for more information.

No, we do not provide sticks and you will need to bring them along
You must purchase a Commercial General Liability insurance policy called Event Liability & Property Damage Insurance. If you are providing alcohol, you shall be required to also include Host Liquor Liability insurance (as stated above). No Event or Alcohol shall be permitted without proof of insurance. A “Certificate of Liability Insurance” must name Cape Horn Estate, LLC, as an additional insured. We recommend clients use Gales Creek Insurance Services, the price will be $185.00 for both insurance policies (Event and Liquor Liability).
